Great Show - Horrible Service
I was very disappointed overall due to the terrible, rude staff and the appalling logistics. While the effects were great, the singing, the dancing, and the music during the show were all great. A concession stand worker actually asked us to move so she could sell more, but there was literally no place to move to. It was the 4 train during rush hour. But when the show starts, they are still seating people. We finally get to our seats five minutes before the start. I asked them to please stop shouting, but that only led to more shouting. Move up, stay in line, then why are you staying in line, all doors are open. We finally get into the lobby, and only one door is open to the auditorium. It was a crush. They ask you to be in line an hour in advance (which we did). While we stood waiting in the cold, the employees continuously shouted orders at us. The show itself was wonderful. For the first third of the show, we had people walking down the aisle and blocking our view.
